Hot!

This is how it feels here in lovely Indiana. Fires of hell, anyone?

This is a postcard made for the first round of the Postmark'dArt postcard swap.

LOL! I somehow know exactly how hot it must be! It's incredibly muggy & humid here in DC.

It's fantastic. Michigan has been in the same boat...hot and humid...but, the weather has finally broken. Here it is almost 11:30 and it's only 64 out....the last month we haven't even gotten that low over night!

So, did you make it to QN yet? I am curious as to your thoughts....

Lori, you need to fix the blog template box...Please go into your template and change the ID=87 to ID=126. I think that should fix it. (Sorry to contact you this way but you don't have your email address on your blog!) Email me if you have any questions or need help.

Can we have some of it, please, here in the UK? It's freezing cold and raining hard!

We once lived in southern Illinois, and then in Terre Haute, IN - and I KNOW how hot it can be there! Don't envy you a bit!
The post card is magnificent, by the way!

Terri, we haven't gone yet to QN. We're planning to road trip there either on July 22 or August 5. It's going to be so much fun to go with people who actually appreciate art quilts, rather than my husband, who (although a great guy) just couldn't care less.

Liz, I'll gladly trade some heat for your rain. The ground is actually *cracking* here on the fourth week of no rain.

Pat, I live in Terre Haute! Thanks so much for your comment about my card. I love the work you've been showing on your blog. Sadly, your cards on Virginia's site sold before I could purchase one!

Lori,

For some reason your email bounces back as undeliverable...is AOL set not to accept email from comcast.net?

Anyway, your code looks good but here's the problem...Look at the chunk of code in your template, and find where it currently says "ID=87" on two lines. In each of those places, you must change it to read "ID=126". Then you have to be sure to SAVE the changes.

I think that'll do it...let me know if that does or does not work! If it's working, you should hit "next" and get to Believe in the Beauty of your Dreams and hit "previous and get to "Sweet Grass Arts."
